Women spend a complete day wearing them and sometimes it even hurts. Now, choosing the desired ones is difficult as you might be neglecting the basic rules on how to choose the perfect ones for yourself. So, here are some tips to consider before you spend the entire day on your lingerie shopping.

Know your body shape

Always go for lingerie that goes with your body shape. You might be having pear shape or hourglass or apple or anything, so evaluate the body shape properly. Petite or busty, plus-sized or lean or muscular, there are so many things to be considered. Also, check for the lingerie which highlights your assets.

Choose the right size

Now that you got to know the shape of your body, it’s time to figure out the perfect size of yours. Some women have mastered the trick of picking up the right lingerie without any hassles but there is over 60 percent of women who wears the wrong size. Pick the ones which look good and always go for trials until you find the perfect one. There might be body weight deviations and also the size differs based on brands, so going for trial is a must. A perfect bra should make you feel comfortable and it should fit properly. For the perfect underwear, always go for the ones that fit firmly, but again isn’t too tight.

Keep budget in mind

There are different bras like pushups, full support, garter belt, camisoles, corsets, bustiers, negligees and so on. Also, there are different types of panties like boy shorts, classic briefs, hipsters, thongs, G-string, the seamless ones and much more.

Check for the quality and comfort

It is very important to choose the lingerie which is of good quality. It is always better to choose breathable fabric. Go for cotton and high-quality silk or satin which are comfortable and soft. So, spending few extra bucks considering the quality of the lingerie will be worth it.

Here are few tips to remember before you go for lingerie shopping. Stay calm and stay confident.

5 Tips to Maintain Your Beard

Beards of all shapes and sizes have become a popular look for men. If you love the sound of a beardy style, you don’t need to sweat – beard grooming has never been easier and more fun. To ensure your beard doesn’t end up looking like an out of hand forest bush, keep these 5 beard maintenance tips in mind.

 1. Learn about your skin

Admittedly, your beard is going to take centre stage and amaze people with its luscious looks. But while the beard follicles will need to look the part and maintain a good composure, it all starts with the skin underneath. You must understand what kind of skin type you are dealing with in order to keep good care of it and to guarantee you don’t need to shave because the skin starts acting up.

So, find out what’s your skin type by visiting your barber or the local beauty store. Then you need to find the right moisturiser to support the skin. If you want to be clever, then just pick up some coconut oil from Holland & Barrett. It might sound weird, but the stuff is good for moisturising your skin.

2. Trim the right way

There are a few important things to know about trimming. First, if you’ve just started growing a beard you need to stay patient. You should never trim or style it in the first six weeks (if you are going for the full look). Trimming at this stage will make it trickier to find the right style and understand how fast and in which patterns your beard grows.

Once you’ve managed to grow a full beard, you should find the right cut based on your face shape. Birchbox has a great chart for understanding which cut fits what kind of shape the best. For instance, a round face looks better with a longer bottom and shorter side.

Once you have the beard and the right cut, learn to trim it at the right times. You want to groom it when it’s on the borderline of looking just right, but leaning on the overgrowth. What is the key to a good trim? A proper trimmer and the ability to use it. Throw away your old trimmers and scissors, and get quality products from specialist retailers like Shavers. With savings of up to 33% off shavers.co.uk, you don’t even need to worry about going over the budget with this one.

 3. Create a regular washing regime and stick to it

When you start growing it, you are going to encounter some itchiness. This is inevitable, but you will get over it with a few tricks. First, you need to create a regular washing and grooming regime and secondly, you need to stick with it.

Purchase a proper cleanser for beards and use it several times a week to properly scrub the beard. Make sure you wash away the soap with enough water (warm, but not hot). When drying the skin, just pat it as too much scrubbing can create more friction. Moisturise the skin properly with the coconut oil or any other chosen beard oil.

 4. Don’t just wash, but brush

Washing is not enough to keep your beard in good condition. You also need to regularly brush it. This is a great way of removing excess skin and dirt, but it also helps the hairs to grow in the right direction. So, if you have trouble taming it, the brushing will definitely help!

You can use any comb you want, but there are also special beard brushes available. If you want, these might be worth the cost. The Kent Brush line is especially good, but don’t feel like you need a specialist comb to do the job. You should brush the beard once a day – right after a wash and dry might be a good idea.

5. Fuel your beard with the right diet

It might seem like a cliché, but you truly are what you eat and this also applies to your beard. If you want to boost growth and to ensure your beard looks shiny and healthy, you need to be eating the right foods. Your beard is made from protein and fat, with tons of different nutrients supporting its function. By adding these foods to your diet, you’ll end up creating the beard of your dreams.

So, what should you eat for a strong and shiny beard? Add vitamins B5, B3, and B9 to your diet, along with protein and fats. This means eating eggs, drinking milk, and adding those leafy greens on the plate for once.

Growing a beard worthy of accolades will take time. But with the help of modern grooming products, even the most stubborn of beards can be tamed. Just add the above five tips to your repertoire and you’ll get a great beard!

How to Spend Less on Your Children’s Wardrobe

childrens-wardrobe

It is very easy nowadays to find affordable kids clothing brands. The majority of those are mass-produced and available in online stores, supermarkets, and retail stores. However, as available and affordable as these are, parents sometimes do feel under pressure to make sure their children look fantastic, wearing designer labels. Their kids, generally, don’t care as much about this, but parents do not want to lose face in front of other parents. The sad part about this, however, is that parents simply cannot afford the labels they would like, in the quantity the need. Luckily, there are a couple of ways to make sure your kids look amazing without landing yourself in debt.

  1. Resell Anything You Bought New

Kids grow out of their clothes very quickly. If you ever gave in and bought a true designer label, like Burberry Kids or other such brands, it is likely that by the time your child outgrows them, they will still be in excellent condition. Don’t throw or give them away, but sell them so that you have some money to buy something new.

  1. Shop Secondhand

It stands to reason that, if you will sell your old designer clothes that your child has outgrown, other people will do the same thing. And since you can see that the clothes you want to sell are still in excellent condition, you can safely assume that other people’s clothes are the same. The thing about real designer labels is that they are of excellent quality, and you won’t be able to tell that they have been worn by someone else before you. Naturally, the previous owner will have had to look after things properly, followed the washing instructions, and so on. But you can check this before you buy or, if you buy online, you can return items if they are not in the expected condition.

  1. Swap with Other People

Don’t be embarrassed about asking other people who you know who also have children to swap with you. You could even create a little clothing bank. If you were to invest in really expensive designer labels, you will find that those clothes stand out from the crowd, so you won’t be able to let your child wear them often, or people will start to think they only have one outfit! But if you swap with parents, it could mean that each of you only has to buy a single designer outfit, yet all of your kids can look unique regularly.

  1. Shop for the Right Designer

Does your child really have to wear Yves Saint Laurent, Versace, or Prada? Or will they be perfectly happy, and perhaps even cuter and cooler, in designer brands that focus specifically on children? These clothes tend to be a whole lot more affordable. Plus, they are made with kids in mind, which means materials will be slightly strong at certain pressure points (like the knees!). This is perhaps the best tip of all, as it means shopping affordably, but for high quality.

5 Reasons Why Hair Extensions May Be For You

Do you ever feel pangs of envy when you see a woman with a mane of long, luscious hair? Maybe when you watch the Academy Awards and see all the movie stars with their flowing locks, or the Victoria’s Secret models, you wish for hair that like that. But your natural hair just isn’t, and that’s just the way it is. Or is it?

5 Reasons Why Hair Extensions May Be For You

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions just aren’t for the rich and famous. You can have these, too. Talk to your stylist or take a look around at some of the online sites for hair extensions; you may be surprised to learn how easy they are and how much of a difference they’ll make to your hair. Here are some of those reasons to go for it:

1. Hair Extensions are easier than you think. Many people tend to think of hair extensions as damaging to your hair, hard to get put in and taken out, and time consuming. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Some extensions, especially the tape-in type, aren’t bad for your hair and don’t take long at all to put it. You can do these yourself or have your stylist do it. It takes about the same amount to get them in as it does to get your hair highlighted. They are easy to get in with the tape and easy to get out with a solute that dissolves the tape.

2. Matching is easy. With all the different types of extensions, it’s easier than ever to match the extension to your natural hair. Make sure you match not only color, but also texture. That doesn’t just mean just wavy or straight, but also take into account the coarseness and thickness of your own hair. You want to go with human hair as it looks better and is as easy to care for as your own. As far as color goes, you may want to have a little fun and go with something that blends but adds some visual contrast. You also may want to add a fun piece, like a bright color. Remember, you won’t have it forever so you can experiment if you want to go bold. If you just want the natural, long look, go as close to your natural color as you can.

3. Extensions are easy to care for. As long as you’re going with human hair as opposed to synthetic, you’ll care for your extensions the exact same way as the rest o f your hair. And that will make it much easier. You’ll want hair that takes the same kind of shampoo and styling products that you use, and that can even be colored if you’re going to be doing that while you have the extensions in. remember, you should be pretty gentle with your own hair, but you can blow dry, flat iron and treat your extensions just like your natural hair. Some people like to sleep with their hair in a loose braid when they have extensions to further protect it.

4. You get long, thick hair! With hair extensions, you’ll have that movie star look you’ve ben craving. It’s hard to grow hair out to a long length and still have it look good, thick and healthy. Many women’s hair begins to break or look thin the longer it gets. With hair extensions, you’re adding not only length but also volume; your hair will look red carpet ready, even if you’re only gong out for happy hour or to walk your dog.

5. It’s easy to look good. Once the extensions are in, you’re hair is going to look great. You can still wear a ponytail at the gym and any other style. You’ll have more options with your new length and volume. It’s not only easy to look good, but easy to change the look. You won’t be bored with your hair if you have extensions.

It may be time to take a look into getting hair extensions. Remember, it’s not a forever commitment, and if you don’t like them once you have them, just take them out. They are easy enough, whether you are doing it or your stylist. The key is to match up to your real hair as best you can, treat them gently and you’ll be stunning!

Is a Breast Augmentation Procedure on Your 2016 Schedule?

Does a Breast Augmentation Procedure make sense for you? ... photo by CC user 27735730@N00 on Flickr

Deciding on whether or not to move forward with breast augmentation can be a tricky decision for millions of women.

On the one hand, countless women see such a procedure as helping them restore some of their outer beauty, along with even improving their self-esteem to a degree. On the other hand, opting for breast augmentation can feel a little overwhelming (even risky to some women), not to mention the financial costs that come with it.

So, where does that leave you if you’ve been contemplating having breast augmentation in the near future or later down the road?

Know the Facts Before Making the Decision

To start with, women across the country should make sure they gather as much information as possible about a Utah breast augmentation or wherever they might reside.

Unlike some other surgeries which are relatively quick and easy, breast augmentation is more involved, though millions of women do it on a regular basis.

Just like you would want all the facts (positives and any potential negative ones) on lap band surgery, knee or hip replacement surgery, even the aforementioned breast surgery, look at the following questions:

  • How do I stand to better myself by having breast augmentation surgery?
  • What are the potential medical risks from such a procedure, both now and down the road?
  • Is this something that I can afford right now (check to make sure your chosen surgeon has no hidden costs) or should I spend the money elsewhere?
  • How much time will I need to recover from the procedure and are there any long-term ill effects?
  • Can I expect to notice a difference in the shape of my breasts soon after the procedure or will this take a number of months?
  • Will this be a one-and-done procedure? Can I expect to go back for more than one breast surgery procedure during the remainder of my life?

Lifestyle Changes

Once you have the surgery, what potential lifestyle changes can you expect?

First, look at the possibility of becoming pregnant down the road after a breast augmentation.

It isn’t uncommon for many women to wonder how their bodies will change with one or more pregnancies in their near or distant future.

If you’ve had breast implants and decide to become pregnant not too far in the future, will the shape of your breasts change due to carrying and delivering a baby?

According to various medical experts, most women can expect their “new” breasts to stay relatively the same shape (they will in most cases though enlarge as normal) during a pregnancy. If a child is in your near future plans, it is typically thought of as best to wait until after childbirth to have a breast augmentation procedure.

Another area where lifestyle changes take effect with breast implants is when it comes to relationships.

It is not unheard of for a boyfriend or husband to pay for breast implants for his significant other, with parents sometimes even doing it for their daughters.

On the first option, the subject of breast augmentation surgery being discussed by couples is certainly not a surprise. While some men may push their wife or girlfriend towards such a procedure, the woman is ultimately the one who must decide if it is best for her physical and emotional well-being.

While having the procedure can certainly change a relationship to a degree, both parties need to be on the same page as to why the surgery is being considered and how it will impact the woman.

When it comes to parents wanting to fund a daughter’s breast implant surgery, a couple of factors come into play. They are:

  • Do it for the right reasons – When a parent or parents opt to buy their daughter breast implants, it must be done for the right reasons. With more female teens getting the procedure these days, keep in mind that young women in that age range have a lot to deal with already (both physically and emotionally). Giving breast implants as a graduation or birthday gift etc. must be in the best interests of young women, not because older adults think their daughter or loved one will look better with them;
  • Explain the procedure – While countless breast implant procedures are done on a daily basis nationwide, it is important that both parents and their daughters understand all surgeries come with some risks. Make sure all risk are clearly explained, along with noting that a young woman’s life will likely change with such surgery on a number of fronts. If there are any hesitations for either parent or teen, take more time to think the procedure through.

Whether an adult woman or a teen looking at breast augmentation, get the facts and find a surgeon who you can feel 100 percent comfortable with before opting for what many women is a life-changing decision.

Easy Style Tips for The Common Man

Style tips for common man

We all wish we could look like James Bond but let’s be honest. Most of us cannot afford to drop a yearly salary on a suit. Do not fear, just because you aren’t David Beckham or 007, doesn’t mean you can’t look good. Here are some easy style tips for the common man on a budget.

Shop Smart
The pitfalls of most common man’s wardrobe isn’t the lack of money or variety, it is the lack of thought. Try and think of the last 4 times you went out. What shirt did you wear? What pants? What shoes? Why did you wear this outfit? If the answer is “it was clean,” “it was the closest,” or “I don’t know;” you are doing it wrong. If you want to look good, you need to put a little effort into it. This goes for dressing and buying. Your wardrobe should consist of clothes you picked for a reason, not t-shirts you’ve collected from various 5ks and pub crawls. So make sure you are making conscience choices when shopping and when dressing.

Buy a Suit
Style tips for common man

Even if you don’t work in an environment that requires a suit, you should have one good suit. There will likely be several occasions each year that you have been “getting by” in jeans and and a wrinkly dress shirt. Instead of doing the bare minimum at the next wedding or funeral, wouldn’t you rather have a sharp suit hanging in your closet and ready to go. If you invest in one good suit you will not regret. Going out to dinner with your girlfriend, impress her and put on your suit, see the look on her face. There are very few situations were you will regret wearing a suit and also don’t forgot it versatility. You can easily wear only the suit jacket or the only the suit pants to class up any ordinary outfit. So make the investment and have a suit tailored to you, as long as you choose a flexible style it will last you for years.

Good Shoes
“The Shoes Make the Man” or so they say. There is definitely truth in this idiom. Any stylish man will have a closet with at least half a dozen pairs of shoes. It is important to know what shoes go when. You shouldn’t be wearing the same pair of shoes to the gym that you do out to dinner. Under no circumstances are you wearing your dancing shoes to work.  Shoes can also make the outfit, if you want to make your suit more casual, rock a pair of classic tennis shoes. If you want to make your jeans classier, put on some leather wingtips.  Remember you can never have too many shoes.

I hope these easy style tips for common man inspired you to go out of you comfort zone and make some simple choices to up your style game. This small suggestions can pay off in a major way.
